HOW IT ALL STARTED

  • I wasn’t always ‘SPORTY SPICE’, however…In 2021, I had 2 knee surgeries. I was told I needed a 3rd.

    Poked and prodded and on some funky meds. Doctors scratched their heads at my ‘rare condition’.

    My physio suggested I try out strength training to address my chronic pain. The hopeless lab rat became a gym rat.

    Naturally, I turned to protein, the holy grail of sports nutrition. After trying a bunch products, I realised most of them were pumped full of nasty crap. Plant-based alternatives tasted like crap. Being a self-confessed Coke (Coca-Cola) addict, I hatched a plan. The protein soda was born.
